About Integrated Chiropractic
Dr. Chris Zastawrny opened his first Chiropractic office in 1997. Since its inception, the practice has continued to grow in size and scope. Dr. Donald Smith joined the practice in 2003. In 2004 a move to a newly renovated facility allowed us the opportunity to add physical therapy and massage therapy services. These three disciplines working together give us a wide range of conservative treatments for musculoskeletal injuries. We also offer an opportunity to exercise at our office in our 'Stay-fit' Facility. This unique circuit targets baby boomers and seniors that are either uncomfortable or because of physical limitations cannot exercise in traditional gym settings.
We were the first facility on the west side of Rochester to combine chiropractic care and physical therapy. We are excited about the cutting edge treatments we offer for acute as well as chronic neck and back pain. We are confident that our continuing education enhances our ability to provide the best options available for the non-surgical management of pain. Our chiropractors use diversified, Gonstead, Graston, activator and flexion-distraction techniques. We are seeing excellent results with using spinal decompression or DTS for our patients with disc problems, leg pain, arthritis and spinal stenosis.
