Founded in 1971, The Rochester Otolaryngology Group, P. C. provides medical and surgical services to patients throughout the immediate ten county region and beyond. As "otolaryngologists", our physicians treat diseases and disorders of the ears, nose, throat, head and neck. In addition, the Group provides full audiological services through its department of Audiology, as well as state-of-the-art diagnostic services.
The Group's physicians are board certified in otolaryngology- head and neck surgery by the American Board of Otolaryngology.

General Otolaryngology, Otology, Pediatric Otolaryngology
Dr. Mulbury joined the Group in 1977. He completed his otolaryngology residency at the University of Rochester, where he also received his M.D. degree in 1970. A native of Windham, New York, he received his B.S. degree from Cornell University. In addition to general otolaryngology, Dr. Mulbury's areas of special interest are otology and pediatric otolaryngology. In his leisure time, Dr. Mulbury enjoys golf, gardening and spending time with his wife Anne, four grown children and grandchildren.
Head and Neck Cancer Surgery, Sleep Disorders, Sinus Surgery
Dr. Topf completed his residency in Otolaryngology at the Massachusetts Eye and Ear Infirmary in Boston in 1989. He obtained his medical and undergraduate degrees at the University of Pennsylvania. After residency, he returned to Penn where he was an attending physician. Dr. Topf sees patients at all of the group's offices, with special interests in head and neck cancer surgery, treatment of snoring and sleep disorders, and sinus surgery.
Pediatric Otolaryngology, Head and Neck Cancer Surgery
Dr. Salamone joined the Group in 2004. He completed his residency in otolaryngology at the University of Cincinnati and medical school at the University at Buffalo. While in Cincinnati, Dr. Salamone conducted research in pediatric airway disease and head and neck cancer gene therapy. In addition to general otolaryngology, Dr. Salamone has a special interest in pediatric otolaryngology and head and neck cancer surgery. Dr. Salamone is Chief of the Division of Otolaryngology at Rochester General Hospital.
Otolaryngology, Facial Plastic Surgery, Otology, Sinus Disorders
Dr. Kozara joined the Group in 2007. He is a Western New York native and obtained his undergraduate education from the State University of New York at Buffalo. After attending medical school at KCOM in Missouri, he went on to complete internship and residency training in Otolaryngology and Facial Plastic Surgery through Michigan State University. Dr. Kozara is highly skilled in all aspects of otolaryngology and has special interests in facial plastic surgery, otology and sinus disorders. He also enjoys caring for pediatric patients. He brings with him to Rochester his wife and three young children, as well as a love for music, golf and sailing.
Dr. Saleh is the newest member of the group. She is a native of Corfu, NY in the Western NY area. She completed her residency in Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota. She obtained her medical training from the State University of New York Upstate Medical University in Syracuse and her undergraduate degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo. Dr. Saleh performs all aspects of otolaryngology.
