Rochester, N.Y. -- Homeless people have been living in foreclosed homes for months.
Take Back the Land Rochester, is a group that finds foreclosures in decent condition and then moves squatters into the homes.
The electricity has been turned back on in these homes, and no one has bothered the occupants.
To have the squatter removed, banks would have to go to court and get an official eviction notice.
