Copper wire stolen from school buses

Oakfield, NY -  A Genesee County man is accused of stealing copper off school buses.

Jeremy Lyons, 29, is charged with criminal possession of stolen property 3rd degree.

The Genesee County Sheriff's Department said Lyons had $3,000 worth of copper wiring.

Lyons is being held in the Genesee County Jail.

Investigators said additional felony charges are pending against Lyons.
