Rochester, N.Y. - A Rochester woman accused of smoking crack and hitting a bicyclist with her car is facing burglary charges, too.
A grand jury indicted Keara Baker Tuesday on burglary in the 3rd degree.
Baker is accused of striking a bicyclist on Clifford Avenue on July 23.
According to court papers, the incident was recorded by video surveillance cameras showing a car striking the victim twice before fleeing the scene.
The victim, Mary Moore, 41, suffered serious injuries.
Police investigators said Baker told them she smoked twelve bags of crack cocaine before getting behind the wheel.
Prosecutors said Baker has a criminal history dating back to 2002 including misdemeanor arrests for larceny, forgery and assault.
Baker's state driver's license has been suspended nearly two dozen times.
Baker is being held in the Monroe County Jail.
