Pedestrian struck; driver charged with DWI

Waterloo, N.Y. - A Seneca County woman is accused of hitting a pedestrian while driving drunk.
Sheriff's deputies said 31-year-old Jessica Campbell of Seneca Falls hit a person walking on the shoulder of Mills Road in Waterloo Friday night.
Campbell has been charged with DWI and reckless endangerment. She was issued an appearance ticket.
The pedestrian suffered an elbow injury.
