Pittsford man pleads not guilty in fatal crash

A Pittsford man indicted in connection with a fatal accident in Henrietta pleaded not guilty to the charges Monday morning.
According to the Monroe County Sheriff's Office, Patrick Mulvehill, 46, was speeding without headlights on and struck a car driven by Barbara Uthman in December of 2013.
Uthman's SUV was pushed into oncoming traffic where it was struck by two other vehicles.
The 63-year-old was pronounced dead at the scene.
Mulvehill was indicted on nine charges including Manslaughter in the Second Degree, Driving While Intoxicated; BAC .08 or more and Reckless Driving.
If convicted, Mulvehill faces 5 to 15 years in prison.
