Rochester, N.Y. – Monday night was supposed to be decision time for the proposed apartment project that would be situated behind the George Eastman House on University Avenue.
After listening to more than hour of public comments, however, the city’s planning commission decided to postpone deliberation and the vote until Oct. 30.
The project is a 99-unit apartment complex that would re-house the Monroe Voiture veterans groups.
A familiar cast took to the podium to speak: lawyers for the developer, lawyers for George Eastman house and concerned neighbors.
