Winter Storm Warning starts at 10 p.m. Tuesday

Rochester, N.Y. - The winter storm is expected to hit the Rochester area about 10 o’clock Tuesday night, with a solid 2 to 4 inches of snow, according to 13WHAM meteorologist Mark McLean.
Tuesday night’s low will be about 24, and visibility will be reduced at times.
Another 4 to 6 inches of snow is expected Wednesday, but if you’re near Lake Ontario, chances are good you’ll see more—in some places, total snowfall will likely be 6 to 10 inches. Wednesday morning’s drive to work will likely be impacted; visibility will be low at times.
Wednesday’s high will be about 27, the low dipping into the low teens.
Thursday will be bitter cold with a few more inches of snow possible—bringing the total storm snowfall to 7 – 13 inches by midday Thursday.
Thursday’s high only about 20 degrees. Some sunny breaks are possible.
