Wrong-way driver BAC 3x legal limit

Rochester, N.Y. -- A Fairport man had more than three times the legal limit of alcohol in his system when he was behind the wheel in a deadly crash in November.
Prosecutors said Robert Rector’s blood alcohol level was .26, more than triple the legal limit of .08.
Rector is accused of driving the wrong way on the 490 near Ames Street.
Khadijah McKenzie, 19, was killed in the resulting crash.
