City Hall in Rochester goes green to highlight climate change
Rochester's City Hall is one of many buildings throughout the U.S., and around the world, that was lit up green following President Trump's decision to abandon the Paris climate accord.
Mayor Lovely Warren spoke out against the president's decision.
"The recent wind storm, then snow storm and now flooding along Lake Ontario is evidence that climate change is real," Warren wrote in a statement Thursday.
The mayor said city leaders will now develop Rochester's own climate action plan.
