Deputies: Scottsville woman drove 107 mph while drunk
York, N.Y. (WHAM) - A woman from Scottsville was arrested Saturday after deputies say she was driving above 100 MPH while drunk.
Shortly after midnight, Livingston County Sheriff's deputies were on Telephone Road in York and spotted a vehicle on radar traveling at 107 MPH in a 55 MPH zone.
Deputies stopped the vehicle and asked the driver - 21-year-old Megan Rudney - to perform field sobriety tests.
Rudney was then arrested for DWI. Deputies tested her BAC, which registered as a 0.08 percent.
Rudney was processed by deputies and released on appearance tickets.
