Police: Fake $100 bills used at six Brockport, N.Y. businesses
Brockport, N.Y. - Police in Brockport are investigating after fake $100 bills were used at a half-dozen businesses in the village over the weekend.
Police told 13WHAM six businesses received funny money, where the suspects purchased something small, then took the change and left.
Officers believe it was the same three suspects, and that only $100 bills were used.
Investigators are working to learn more about the suspects so they can pass information along to other area towns and villages.
No suspects are in custody.
