Rochester man accepts plea deal in Hudson Ave. homicide case
Rochester, N.Y, - A Rochester man will spend 25 years in prison after pleading guilty to a homicide that happened last year on Hudson Avenue.
Tysean Rumph pleaded guilty to first degree manslaughter and criminal possession of a weapon in exchange for a sentence of 25 years, plus five years of post-release supervision.
Rumph was arrested in connection with the September shooting death of Thomas Hardaway.
Rumph was one of two people arrested in connection with Hardaway’s death. Paul Horn was arrested in October.
