Theodore Tucci pleads not guilty to child porn charges

Theodore Tucci, the son of one of the four murder suspects in the Craig Rideout murder case, pleads not guilty to child porn charges

Rochester, N.Y. - 20-year-old Theodore Tucci, the son of one of the four suspects in the Craig Rideout murder case, pleaded not guilty to child pornography charges Thursday.

Tucci is charged with five counts of possession of sexual performance by a child.

He was in court alone at the advice of his lawyer, due to the high profile but unrelated case involving his father.

Theodore's father, Paul Tucci, is one of four murder suspects in the Rideout case.

Craig Rideout's body was found in a wooded area in Yates County in July 2016.

His estranged wife, Laura, her boyfriend, and her two sons, Colin and Alex, are charged in connection with his murder.

According to Monroe County Sheriff's Deputies, during the course of that investigation, they obtained evidence against Theodore.

They said he possessed images and videos of sexual conduct by a child under the age of 16.

"What media device that these were found in and who they belong to, not my client, certainly is presumed innocent. We entered a plea of not-guilty and start our investigation," Theodore's lawyer Joe Damelio said.

Theodore Tucci remains out on bail, as does his father and the three co-defendants in Rideout's murder.
