Theodore Tucci sentenced to 10-year sex offender probation after facing child porn charges
ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WHAM) - The son of one of the four suspects in the Craig Rideout murder case has been sentenced after being charged with five counts of possession of sexual performance by a child.
Theodore Tucci was sentenced to 10 years of sex offender probation on Friday morning in Monroe County Court.
Tucci will not have to register as a sex offender, as he’s been adjudicated a youthful offender.
Tucci's father, Paul Tucci, was acquitted in the murder of Craig Rideout in July 2017.
