Two arrested following neighbor dispute in Livonia
Livonia, N.Y. – Livingston County Sheriff’s deputies are investigating a neighbor dispute in Livonia that ended with the arrests of two men on gun charges.
Deputies were called to a home on Livonia Center Road earlier this month for a neighbor dispute, where obscenities where reportedly being yelled by one neighbor at another.
While deputies were interviewing the caller, gunshots were reportedly heard coming from the neighbor’s house.
Deputies say Sean Janson, 45, and Miken Palmer, 35, were illegally in possession of several long guns.
They said Janson had a prior felony conviction and cannot legally possess any firearm. They also said Palmer was in possession of two long guns that had modifications, making them illegal to possess.
