ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WHAM) - The former Constantino's Market will be filled next year with patient services for the University of Rochester Medical Center.

College Town in Rochester will lease the 20,000-square-foot space on Celebration Drive for patient services.

Administrative and other University services may also be added to this space as time goes on.

"We’re excited to offer patients and visitors free parking in addition to easy access to a number of complementing businesses, including places to dine and the newly opened CVS,” said Cass McCrory, Director of Marketing for College Town Rochester.

The exact practices or services that will use the space have yet to be announced; that is expected to come in the next few months.

Tenants will likely move in by the middle of 2018.

Constantino's Market was open in the College Town area for less than one year before closing. Saxby's Coffee and the Corner Bakery Cafe closed the following month.
