Police: Stabbing victim crashes car while driving to hospital

Rochester, N.Y. - Police say a stabbing victim crashed his car while driving himself to the hospital Saturday morning.

According to police, the 40-year-old Rochester man crashed into a parked and unattended medical taxi on Portland Avenue.

Police found he was stabbed at least once in the upper torso. They believe the stabbing took place on North Street.

The victim was taken to Strong Memorial Hospital to be treated for non-life threatening injuries.
