Syracuse basketball cancels Tuesday game, while Buffalo readies for NCAA Tournament
Syracuse, N.Y. – It hasn’t been a good week for Syracuse – snubbed by the NCAA for the Big Tournament. They were able to get a home game in the NIT for Tuesday.
Well, they had one.
The game with UNC Greensboro has been postponed due to weather.
The Orange will play Wednesday night, and tickets for Tuesday will still be good for that game.
Meanwhile, in Buffalo, the Big Tournament begins. The Key Bank Arena is getting set for hoops as teams like Villanova and West Virginia arrived early. All the teams are now in Buffalo, and the open practice is set for Wednesday. The games start at noon Thursday, and those in charge say Buffalo is ready for the fans.
The open practice sessions are free for fans. Players will be on the court from noon to 7 p.m.
