Two charged with bullying after girl dies

Polk Co., Fla - Two Florida girls face serious charges after a sheriff said they bullied a girl who committed suicide.

The girls, ages 12 and 14, are charged with felony aggravated stalking.

The sheriff said they terrorized the 12-year-old victim before her suicide last month.

The girl's parents said she was physically abused and cyber bullied.

Polk County Sheriff Grady Judd said, "There were statements that said, You should drink bleach and die.  Was this a contributing factor to her jumping off the cement tower to her death that fateful day?  We believe it certainly contributed."

The sheriff said he hoped the arrests send a message to other bullies and their parents.
