They wished for a family

Maryland - A Christmas wish has been granted early for sisters in Tennessee who had no family.

Over the summer, foster kids Eva and Jasmine sent up their wish to be adopted together. It was written and then stuffed into a balloon.

The balloon floated all the way to an RV Park in Maryland. Folks there mailed it back.

The girls foster parents took it as a sign.

I can just see God taking this balloon and blowing it in the right direction for it to be found and to be sent back to us to tell us that he approves of us being able to adopt these girls," said the new official mom.

With some extra effort from the agencies involved in adoption, a judge was able to make it official this week so they can all spend Christmas together as a family.
