Dr. Lewek returns to court

Rochester, N.Y. -- Dr. William Lewek, the psychiatrist accused of hiding the body of Matthew Straton in his backyard in January, has been found to be "clinically eligible" for a specialized court that deals with people who have drug problems.

Police said they found the body of Matthew Stratton in Lewek's backyard and packets of cocaine in a sneaker Jan. 16.

If Lewek is accepted into the program and completes it, the charges against him could be reduced or dismissed.
