Facebook privacy concerns at St. Ann's home

Rochester, N.Y.-- A former nurse's aide at St. Ann's Home in Rochester is charged with violating an elderly patient's privacy.

Ericha Brown, 23, is charged with three counts of willful violation of the health laws.

New York Attorney General Eric Schneiderman says Brown recorded video of a patient sitting in a wheelchair in a common area of the home -- then put posted it to Facebook.

According to the Attorney General's office, the video showed a hand briefly tug at the back of the patient's hair and a voice is heard saying "she is a troublemaker."

Brown could face up to one year in jail.
