RI homicide suspect caught, child still missing

Johnston, R.I. (AP) - Massachusetts State Police say the suspect in a double homicide and kidnapping in Rhode Island has been captured, but the toddler is still missing.
State police spokesman Dave Procopio tells WPRI-TV that Malcolm Crowell was apprehended Sunday afternoon in Fall River after a nationwide Amber Alert was issued for 2-year-old Isaih Perez. Procopio says Isaih is still missing.
Earlier Sunday, police were called to a home in Johnston, where they found the bodies of two people and discovered Isaih missing.
Police had said Crowell should be considered armed and dangerous.
Investigators are still working to determine the relationships among Crowell, the boy and the two homicide victims.
