James Bradley found guilty

Rochester, N.Y. – A jury has found a Rochester man guilty of criminally negligent homicide for killing a child after driving through a playground.

James Bradley was also found guilty of 3nd degree assault. 

Bradley was found not guilty of the most serious charge of manslaughter, as well as driving while impaired by marijuana.

In 2011, Bradley lost control of his car and struck two children at a Rochester playground, killing seven-year-old Sahmir Williams and injuring another child.

Bradley suffered two seizures the week before the crash.

He was found not guilty of manslaughter and driving while impaired by marijuana.
