Apple cracks down on iPhone chargers

Apple is going after counterfeit and third-party iPhone chargers.

The crackdown comes after reports that a Chinese woman was electrocuted while using her iPhone as it charged.

For a limited time, Apple will allow iPhone users to exchange third-party chargers for a genuine Apple charger for $10.

The normal cost for an Apple charger runs between $20 and $40.
