Rain floods central NY, Midwest

U.S. -- Torrential rain in central New York forced dozens to evacuate overnight.

Some people were trapped on the roof of their car near Cortland.

Several roads were still closed Friday morning, and there is still the possibility for more flash floods.

Meanwhile, more wet weather is on the way for the Midwest, where heavy rains have caused deadly flash floods.

At least two people were killed, and dozens more had to be rescued from their homes.

17 inches of rain have fallen in Richland, Missouri this week. More rain is expected across Missouri, Kansas, Arkansas, Oklahoma, and Tennessee over the weekend.
