New York State losing most tax money

New York State has lost more tax money than any other state, and its been lost because people move out of the state.

According to a report from a non-profit group called the Tax Foundation, New York's economy lost out on more than $45 billion in personal income over the last decade.

California was the second largest income loser, at about $29 billion. Illinois was third, down $20 billion.

The money is going to Florida--according to the report--which saw the biggest gain of more than $67 billion between 2000 and 2010.
