Young Webster boy gets presidential surprise
Rochester, N.Y.-- 8-year-old Collin Petruzzelli has a great show & tell for his friends and teachers when he heads back to school: a picture with the President.
He and his mom Jennifer Petruzzelli were visiting Rochester from Webster, for a little end of summer fun.
They had already been to the planetarium, and decided to stop at Magnolias Deli & Caf for lunch.
After ordering, the owner came to their table and apologized, because she had to move their seats. Thats when they found out the President of the United States was coming to Magnolia for lunch.
Collin talked to President Obama, and even recommended the President order the Oreo Bash Pie.
He also met secret service officers, and their German Shepherd.
It was an unforgettable experience, Jennifer said.
Earlier in the day, people across town were trying to speculate and figure out exactly where President Obama was going to stop.
People staked out popular eateries across town like Nick Tahou's and Sticky Lips BBQ, but only the few that were at Magnolia's got to meet the Commander in Chief.
