Brockport's former mayor guilty of code violations

Brockport, N.Y. - Brockport's former mayor has been found guilty of village code violations for having an unregistered apartment inside her home.

Connie Castaneda faced fourteen counts of official misconduct connected to the case--until a judge dismissed the criminal charges.

She faces up to a year in prison and a $1,000 fine at sentencing next month.
