High Falls Center reopens under new partnership
Rochester, N.Y. -- The High Falls Center and Interpretive Museum is back open, and is now operating under a partnership between the Rochester Public Library and the Office of the City Historian.
The museum has been open since 1992, but the city ended the previous contract because of budget concerns.
Oversight was transferred to the library and historians office in July.
Some of the changes will include new rotating exhibits showcasing the extensive collections of the Rochester Central Library and Monroe Countys Local History Division.
The museum is open Tuesday through Saturday from 9:30 am to 12:30 pm, and from 1 to 5 pm.
