Pittsford man moved from hospital to jail

Irondequoit, N.Y. - The Pittsford man accused of driving drunk and causing a crash that killed his passenger is now in jail.

Michael Weber Jr., 20, was released from Strong Memorial Hospital and moved to the jail last Thursday.

He's being held there on bail after the crash last Monday killed 20 year-old Joel Ajavon.

Weber, who did not have a valid drivers license, is charged with DWI, second-degree manslaughter and second-degree vehicular manslaughter in connection with the fatal crash.
