Chemical weapons may be hidden even as talks go on

Geneva - Talks between the U.S. and Russia resume today on a proposal to let Syria hand over its chemical weapons.
 
Thursday's meeting between Secretary of State John Kerry and his Russian counterpart got off to a rough start with Kerry rejecting Syria's pledge to offer an inventory of the weapons stockpile without immediately giving them up.

In the meantime, The Wall Street Journal reports that a secretive elite Syrian government unit is scattering chemical weapons to dozens of sites across the country to avoid detection.
