Disney parks change policy for handicapped

Disney theme parks are making changes to their policy for disabled guests.

The change comes after others abused the program that allows handicapped visitors to jump to the front of lines.

Starting next month, guests with a disability access card will be issued a ticket with a time to enter an attraction based on the current wait time for that ride.

That way, they hope to discourage abuse of the system while still making accommodations so disabled visitors dont have to wait in line.
