What will Tom Richards do

Rochester, N.Y. Its been nearly a week since Lovely Warren defeated incumbent Mayor Tom Richards in the Democratic primary for the mayor of Rochester and registered democrats are still talking about voter turnout.

I hope people understand that there's a certain link with you being a resident, you need to represent your voice in your local government it all does matter, said registered democrat and Richards Supporter Ove Overmyer. I was ill learning the numbers of the voter turnout.
As weve been reporting numbers were historically low for a democratic mayoral primary in Rochester. Voter turnout was just under 23-percent.

Lovely Warren supporters are focusing on their momentum.

She is the lady of change and she has a lot of good ideas and I support her one-hundred-percent, said Warren supporter Freddie Hines. I even registered 25 people myself, first time voters because they really wanted to be part of the process.

Come November there will be at least two names on the ballot, Lovely Warren along with Green Party candidate Alex White. Richards could be there as well, on the Working Families/Independence party ticket, but he has yet to announce what his next move will be.
