NYSP: Farmington man took $10K in unemployment illegally

Farmington, N.Y. - New York State Police arrested a Farmington man Monday for allegedly collecting more than $10,000 in unemployment benefits while employed.

James R. Rickey III, 33, was charged with felony third-degree grand larceny and felony first-degree falsifying business records.

Rickey was arraigned and remanded to the Ontario County Jail in lieu of $10,000 cash or $20,000 bond.
