More texting less sleeping

U.S. - The more people text,  the less sleep they get.

That's what  researchers for "Psychology of Popular Media Culture"  discovered in a survey of  college students.

They say it may be because people often sleep too close to their phones and may feel pressured to respond right away to messages even if the messages arrive in the middle of the night.
