Man accused of robbing ESL Federal Credit Union

Rochester, N.Y.- Rochester Police arrested a man accused of robbing the ESL Federal Credit Union last month.

Police said Hector Luis Morales, 34, of Rochester, is charged with third-degree grand larceny.

Police said on October 30 the suspect entered the bank on State Street and handed over a note demanding money. Police said he took the cash and took off.

Morales was arrested Wednesday.
