Healthcare Web site restarts slowly

Washington -  Memos released by the Republican-controlled House Oversight and Government Reform Committee show only six people successfully enrolled for insurance on the first day healthcare.gov was running.

By the end of the second day, that number was only 248.

A poll by a non-partisan, non-profit group found only 14 percent of voters had a positive impression of the rollout.

Eighty percent said they had a negative view of how the healthcare system rollout was handled.
