LDC Board sets special meeting for Tuesday

Rochester, N.Y. - A local development corporation has called a special meeting in the aftermath of a 25-count indictment unsealed last week.

The Board of Monroe Security and Safety Systems, or M3S, plans to meet Tuesday.

The LDC is central to the criminal allegations against four men arraigned on charges linked to alleged bid rigging last week.

County Executive Maggie Brooks, whose husband is among those charged, announced plans for the county to cut ties with Navitech, which handled county contracts through LDCs and appointed David Moore to oversee the two boards.
