Honda recalls minivans due to sensor problem

Tokyo - Honda is recalling more than 300,000 2007 and 2008-model Odyssey minivan because of a sensor issue that could cause vehicles to brake on their own.

The fix requires installing a new sensor which will not be available until Spring, 2014.

Honda is advising owners to start their minivans with their wheels facing straight ahead, allowing the system to properly calibrate.
