Ice cream that glows in the dark

United Kingdom - Could there be a new trend in ice cream?

A British company has begun using the protein that gives jellyfish their glow to create an ice cream that glows in the dark.

The protein is activated by a chemical reaction that occurs when the cone is licked.

Among the flavors being offered is "Gin and Tonic."

The ice cream sells for $225 a scoop.
