Angry shoppers sue Target over security breach

New York -- The frustration over a massive security breach at Target stores is becoming more measurable.

Even though stores offered special discounts over the weekend, Target says business was down.

Three class-action lawsuits could cost the company $5 million in damages. The outcry is directed at the three-week breach that compromised 40 million credit and debit card accounts.

In the meantime, JP Morgan Chase is putting withdrawal and spending limits on debit card holders who shopped at Target during those three weeks.
