Two men arraigned in nightclub shooting

Rochester, N.Y. - Two men were arraigned this morning on murder and assault charges for the shooting of innocent bystanders outside a Rochester club this summer.

The shooting happened on South Plymouth Avenue near Columbia Street in August.

One of the three victims, Willie Little, had just retired from Xerox and was out celebrating with his family. Little did not survive the shooting.

The allegations are essentially that Mr. Flowers and Mr. Nelson fired a number of shots at a group of people and these bystanders were struck," said Pat Farrell, Assistant District Attorney. "[The bystanders] were not guilty of any wrongdoing at the time, simply in the wrong place at the wrong time."

Xavier Nelson and Dominic Flowers pleaded not guilty to murder, assault, and weapons charged this morning.

They are due back in court next week.
