Woman unknowingly tweets husbands fatal crash

Vancouver, Wash. -- Salmon Creek's Caran Johnson, well known in local social-media circles for her tweets on Clark County traffic under the handle @ScanCouver, wrote that she unknowingly live-tweeted her husband's death Wednesday afternoon.

Johnson began tweeting about the two-vehicle collision shortly after it happened at 1:41 p.m. As the afternoon wore on, she tweeted that she was growing concerned her husband might be involved because he was late arriving home.

Her final Tweet read simply: "it's him. he died."
