Cairo -- A bomb blast outside of an Egyptian court Tuesday underscored the countrys lingering polarization following the ousting of President Mohammed Morsi.

The explosion damaged the building, but no one was hurt.

Egyptians are voting Tuesday on a draft of a new constitution.

If approved, it could pave the way for a presidential run by the nations top general.
