Former teacher faces sentencing for sex abuse

Rochester, N.Y. -- A Rochester City School District teacher convicted of sexually abusing a second grader faces up to seven years in prison Tuesday.

Matthew Lomaglio, 37, was found guilty of abusing a student at School No. 19 during the 2006-07 school year.

Lomaglio was a physical education teacher at the time. He was removed from the classroom when police began their investigation.
