What to expect in Wednesday's state address

Rochester, N.Y. - Many expect Governor Andrew Cuomo to touch on ethics reform in Wednesdays State of the State address.

Similar attempts in the past have stalled, but this year - two New York lawmakers could be expelled from the Assembly after sexual harassment allegations surfaced last month.

There has to be zero tolerance for any kind of sexual or other harassment in the workplace and certainly in the state assembly, said Joe Morelle, Assembly Majority Leader. I want to make sure the environment is such that I would send my daughter or my sons to work there and we're working on that."

13WHAM News will carry the governors State of the State Address live on 13wham.com tomorrow.

The address begins at 1:30 p.m., and reporter Sean Carroll will be in Albany to deliver live reports at 5 and 6 p.m.
