Gas prices lower in 2013

Washington -- The American Automobile Association says the price at the pump will be slightly lower in 2014 because of increased refinery capacity-- and a recent boom in domestic oil production.

Last year, drivers paid an average of $3.49 per gallon nationally.

That's the lowest price since 2010.

Right now the national average is $3.32 per gallon.

Locally, drivers are paying about $3.66
